Teaser Excerpt: How to Tame a Harpy

In honor of the ongoing round of voting for American Title Round 3 (Best Story Summary), I’ve decided to give you a teaser of my book, HOW TO TAME A HARPY.
Siren noticed three things when she woke. First, her head ached. Her brain felt like someone tossed it into a blender, added ice and pressed Go.
Second: this was not her bed.
She knew that without opening her eyes. The sheets smelled different, feral and musky. As her fingers clenched in silk, her eyes snapped open.
Did I die and go to a harem? She lay on her back in the center of a massive bed dressed in layers of black silk sheets. Dozens of pillows surrounded her. A thick fur puddled at the foot of the mattress.
Third: she was aroused beyond belief.
